Collection: Tiger Mountain, Washington

Where the lift’s good and the hikers are watching. Just east of Issaquah, Tiger Mountain is where Pacific Northwest pilots earn their stripes. The west launch at Poo Poo Point is the main stage — lush, tree-lined, and thermic on good days, with a crowd of hikers cheering (or judging) your launch. The north launch works when the winds flip, and the LZ sits down by the paraglider-shaped field off Issaquah-Hobart Road. Expect convergence, squirrelly valley winds, and views that make you forget you’re ten minutes from a Costco. It’s green, moody, and pure Puget lift.
