Shipping policy

Launch & Flight Co. Shipping Policy

At Launch & Flight Co., every item you order is made just for you — printed, embroidered, or packed on demand by our production partner, Printful.

That means a bit more time to lift off, but less waste, and gear that’s worth the wait.

Fulfillment & Production

Each product is custom printed or embroidered at one of Printful’s global fulfillment centers — including the U.S., Mexico, Canada, the U.K., and Europe.

We route your order to the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible, minimizing shipping times and reducing environmental impact.

Typical production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, average delivery times are:

Region

Estimated Delivery Time*

USA

3–5 business days

Canada

5–10 business days

Europe

3–8 business days

Australia / New Zealand

5–10 business days

Rest of World

10–20 business days

*These are estimates — real-world conditions like weather, customs, or carrier delays can occasionally extend shipping times.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.

Because each item is made to order, products in a single order may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at hello@paraglidingflight.com within 30 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

We’ll work with Printful to make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Sustainability

We produce everything on demand — no bulk inventory, no overproduction.

Your order is made only when you make it, reducing waste and helping us keep our environmental footprint light.
